  • Employees are prohibited from sharing data or any aspect of the App's functioning with anyone outside the company without prior written consent from PlusGen.

  • The App is the property of Plusgen India Private Limited and is provided for use by our employees solely for business purposes. Unauthorized use or access is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies when using the App.


    • 7. Indemnity

    Employees agree to indemnify and hold Plusgen harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with unauthorized use or disclosure of personal data, violation of this Privacy Policy, or breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Panipat, Haryana, India, in the English language.
